Steve is a partner and has been with the firm since September of 2015, when JFS Law was incorporated in to David Auld & Co. Prior to setting up JFS Law in 2010, he was a solicitor with a large regional commercial law firm in Newcastle upon Tyne. Steve specialises in commercial law, commercial property and employment law, where he has represented both employers and employees at Employment Tribunals. He also is highly experienced in providing day to day general Human Resource advice to businesses.

JFS Law
JFS Law was founded in 2010 by Steve Frake. The firm was set up with the philosophy of providing no nonsense, practical and commercially aware approach to finding solutions to the problems faced by commercial clients. The firm specialised in all areas of commercial and employment law and Human Resource advice, and in September 2015 the decision was made to become incorporated in to David Auld & Co and to add those specialisms to one of the oldest and most respected Law firms in Northumberland.
